the officials say the Americans spoke out because they were taken aback by the row over Megrahi’s release, not because they did not know it was about to happen.
‘The US was kept fully in touch about everything that was going on with regard to Britain’s discussions with Libya in recent years and about Megrahi,’ said the Whitehall aide.
‘We would never do anything about Lockerbie without discussing it with the US. It is disingenuous of them to act as though Megrahi’s return was out of the blue.
'They knew about our prisoner transfer agreement with Libya and they knew that the Scots were considering Megrahi’s case.’
IF THIS IS TRUE - THAT OBAMA KNEW ABOUT IT AND DIDN'T OBJECT, THEN OBAMA SHOULD RESIGN, OR BE IMPEACHED.
- USAG HOLDER MUST APPOINT A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO INVESTIGATE OBAMA.
- AN INVESTIGATION AND REPORT SHOULD TAKE ALL OF TWO WEEKS.
- IF THERE IS NO INVESTIGATION, THEN WHY NOT?!

That is the theory. Just apply it as issues come to pass and you will be able to guess what this admin will do.
There will be neither an investigation nor impeachment. They will simply say 'it was a British sovereign decision..what do you want from us?'
And so we wait for the next issue for American stupidity and shortsightedness and finally disingenuousness, because these people KNOW IN THEIR BONES the people here DON"T SUPPORT THIS KIND OF SHIT
As I've been saying all along, Obama is handling everything in such a way that he is not impeachable (except for the firing of the AG's, which is not a big enough issue for impeachment proceedings).
He will not be impeached.
HOWEVER,
I do believe he will be forced to resign office when Congress realizes the trouble they are in as a result of his policies.

THAT IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE VOTING AMERICAN PUBLIC.
It is more accurate than any poll, which the MSM always skew by asking the general public, who do not necessarily vote, instead of the voting public.
The people are very angry, and they will basically destroy Congress in 2010 (as Dick Morris has predicted) if Congress does not act to stop the bleeding caused by Barack Obama.
He's a goner in my opinion. He will resign.
He is so far outside the American Tradition, and it is so good for America, because now we are having real debates about the meaning of the Constitution and of what it means to be an American.
Thank God for Barack Obama, and may he live his days out in shame.
