It really is strange that his face never moves and from what I can tell neither does Michelle's. But she changes the position of her hands while he barely moves at all.
Reminds me of that old movei "Westworld", or "See the Blazing Yul Before Us"...

Well the lighting clearly changes, and someone obviously wiggles around the base a little, but you have to appreciate the genius here. Obama is probably so busy with the more important matters of state, that he obviously had a temporary photo booth set up, complete with a cardboard POTUS to handle the more trivial engagements and photo-ops that go along with being president.
