Where are John Ford, and Frank Capra when you need them?

John Ford's films:Cheyenne Autumn, Donovan's Reef , How the West Was Won ,

The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance , Sergeant Rutledge, The Horse Soldiers,Korea , The Last Hurrah , The Wings of Eagles , The Searchers , The Searchers , The Long Gray Line , Mogambo, What Price Glory , The Quiet Man , Rio Grande, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, 3 Godfathers, Fort Apache , My Darling Clementine (OK CORRAL), They Were Expendable, Torpedo Squadron , How Green Was My Valley, The Long Voyage Home , The Grapes of Wrath , Drums Along the Mohawk , Young Mr. Lincoln (OK THAT'S BACK TO 1939)

These are not all semi fictional adulatory towards american history movies

Capra: Pocketful of Miracles , A Hole in the Head , Here Comes the Groom, It's a Wonderful Life , War Comes to America (1945) ... aka Why We Fight, Arsenic and Old Lace, Meet John Doe, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, You Can't Take It with You, Lost Horizon , Mr. Deeds Goes to Town

Same for Capra

Both directors in time of war made films for both the military and public consumption.

Consider instead....OLIVER STONE:

Director Oliver Stone says the U.S. media and government have demonised Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and other leftist South American leaders, and argues in a new film that they were right to stand up to Washington.

Chavez, who landed in Venice for the film's premiere, has earned a reputation for his outspoken criticism of U.S. policy, and in Stone's "South of the Border" he is sympathetically portrayed as a hero of the people who refuses to be bullied.

Originally an attempt to redress what Stone saw as unfair treatment of Chavez by TV networks and newspapers, the documentary turned into a bigger project and included interviews not only with him but with six other presidents in the region.

and MIchael Moore:

Capitalism is evil. That is the conclusion U.S. documentary maker Michael Moore comes to in his latest movie "Capitalism: A Love Story," which premieres at the Venice film festival Sunday.

Blending his trademark humor with tragic individual stories, archive footage and publicity stunts, the 55-year-old launches an all out attack on the capitalist system, arguing that it benefits the rich and condemns millions to poverty.

"Capitalism is an evil, and you cannot regulate evil," the two-hour movie concludes.

"You have to eliminate it and replace it with something that is good for all people and that something is democracy."

Is it any wonder that the world despises us when the Hollywood left makes PROPAGANDA for the critical progressive left and those who want to kill us and out system.

THIS NATION IS IN DEEP TROUBLE and it is NOT because of our faults. It is because of the self destructive personal sicknesses and urges and compulsions of the critical progressive left.

Both Stone and Moore despise the basis of the founding brothers, and what they created.

Just head for the doors fellows.

To these morons capitalism = property (it is) and property=evil

Unfortunately for them, if one thinks of Jefferson, Adams, Washington, Franklin, etc and what they all had to say about property= freedom=democracy, one is forced to conclude that these ignorant savage slobs are missed a decent education along the way, and altho Stone made a decent football movie that is the sum total of talent for them both.

These movies as have others of this ilk, will be economic failures

Hey, at least we have Frank Miller on our side.

And, I suspect the guy who made The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan, is a bit of a Conservative as well.

By the way, I just noticed that Christopher Nolan also made Batman Begins, which is an incredible movie (I mean, truly incredible).

I seriously doubt Christopher Nolan is palling around with Michael Moore and Oliver Stone.

But, I could be wrong.

How many of their movies did bozo's like Moore and Stone produce and distribute out of their self-contradicting pockets?
