One enforces, and reinforces the other. Either direction.

NY Times: Arizona a Soviet Union Like Police State

(NY Times- Opinionator Blog)- I’m glad I’ve already seen the Grand Canyon.

Because I’m not going back to Arizona as long as it remains a police state, which is what the appalling anti-immigrant bill that Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law last week has turned it into.

That's fantastic! As a resident of AZ, I say yes!! Sharpton, Jackson, Gore, Obama, Napolitano, and all of California... yes, please DON'T come back to the Soviet Repulic of AZ. Who knew it would be so easy to keep the libs out of here!? We should have done this years ago. God bless America!!!

One distinction the dumbass lefties never quite seem to understand is that the USSR built fences to keep people IN, not to keep them out.
