UK: Muslim Protester Who Spray-Painted War Memorial With “Islam Will Dominate the World” Walks Free, Court Rules He Wasn’t Motivated by Religion

(Daily Mail)- A Muslim protester who daubed a war memorial with graffiti glorifying Osama Bin Laden and proclaiming ‘Islam will dominate the world’ walked free from court after prosecutors ruled his actions were not motivated by religion.
Tohseef Shah, 21, could have faced a tougher sentence if the court had accepted that the insults, which included a threat to kill the Prime Minister were inspired by religious hatred.
But - citing a loophole in the law - the Crown Prosecution Service chose not to charge him with that offence and he escaped with only a two-year conditional discharge and an order to pay the council £500 compensation after admitting causing criminal damage.
Yesterday the decision was attacked by politicians and veterans who were shocked by the desecration of the memorial in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.

If they serious don't think he was motivated by his religious convictions, as well as hatred, I wonder what they do think motivated him.
Oh my god! If Muslims everywhere do not recognize how just and forgiving Western societies are, let them just imagine what they would have done to a Christian who would have desecrated one of their monuements! DEATH!!!

If I don't use humor about their ignorance, I really will end up killing one of them. Oh please dear lord, even though I don't believe in you, although Islam has made me appreciate what a wonderful philosopher you were and how wonderful my Judeo-Christian heritage is, sweet Jesus, grant me the patience to deal with these barbarians.
Oh, and, I want to see some video of tonight's Bill Maher show where he takes BO to task and also tells the Muslims to fucking lighten up! He puts his neck on the line with those barbaric, parrot, non-thinking, collectivist idiots, every freaking week! I'm surprised they haven't tried to kill him yet!
