He was allowed to continue working and being a student in the United States.One of the epic fails before 9/11 is that the CIA and the FBI were not talking to each other. After 9/11 they were ordered to start sharing information.
But, it looks to me as if we have returned to a pre-9/11 mentality IN TOTAL.
The CIA, FBI, JTTF, NSA, and Immigration SHOULD ALL BE SPEAKING TO EACH OTHER.
