"A Mosque In Munich. Nazis, the CIA, and the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood." It sounds like an "Indiana Jones" movie. But it's the true story of how radical Islam's first beachhead in the West began with Hitler, and later the CIA attempt to exploit alienated Muslims. Pulitzer winner Ian Johnson tells the story.

Some good information, but the interview was a bit of a dissappointment. Having taken little time to understand how the Muslim Brotherhood is a reformation of authentic islam, the author shouldn't have been so quick to absolve islam from what he termed a political movement. Of course the revival of islam is political. So too was its birth.
