The violations occurred between August 15 and September 20, 2007, and always against girls who were then accompanied by their boyfriends or a friend in Madrid's Parque del Oeste.
César U.Q. even attacked a total of six couples. the defendant forced to lie face down to the kids and walked away with the girls, "with a clear mind lewd" to a park area with many trees and savagely raped them there. He came to rape one of the victims lying on her back and keep up with her boyfriend.
According to the victims, immigrants came to tell any of them that he did "to exact revenge on the Spanish for all that the Spanish had done to the Latinos."
