This was the second rally organized by the Bay People Inc., the organization created by the people living in the Sheepshead Bay area of Brooklyn, NY. Like the first rally, between 200 and 300 people showed up, but this time, across the street there was a counter-rally of several dozen in support of the proposed mosque.
Most people on our side were area residents understandably concerned about the quality of life and security of the neighborhood, while the opposing side were sharia compliant "newcomers", most of whom for a good 1.5 hours were screaming nonstop "racists go home!", either without thinking or intentionally trying to equate Islam with ethnicity, and without realizing the irony of their own words, especially the "go home" part. You'll hear them screaming in the videos below. They were joined by several left-wing doofuses.
Notice the "Full Citizenship Rights for All Immigrants" poster. Looks familiar? Commies were handing out leaflets with the same title 2 weeks ago in Manhattan at their support-Islam-hate-the-Tea-Party rally near the City Hall (see the first pichere). Also notice at the bottom of the poster it says "CUNY Internationalist Clubs".

Those are scary pictures. Someone please tell the purple pinata that she scares me. And I mean in a scary way, as in that would be a good Halloween costume. She could say she's an eggplant! A mooslum eggplant!
Seriously, they stand diametric to us and challenge us in our own neighborhoods! They call us names and taunt us! They want respect, but they do not respect us. Quit showing your asses in our streets! For women who think they're being modest, they sure know how to show their asses!

Jason hsa a good point. We always have good, creative signs, but we need to start emphasizing the racism and imperialism of Islam and putting more incriminating quotes from the Krayon and other Islamic texts, and outrageous statements by Islamic leaders, both to counteract the Islamocommie agitprop and perhaps make a few people out there who actually have working brains left stop and think beyond the "racists go home" crap.
Imagine an entire rally with signs featuring, for example, Sura 9:5 the Sword, Rauf's crack about how our grandchildren will be muslim, pictures of the moo-slums with their "BEHEAD..." and "Free Speech Go To Hell" signs, etc. If all the damn MSM is going to give us is one crowd shot, make it count.
