The movie is clearly an orgy of Muslim victimhood, complete with a villainous U.S. law enforcement officer (played by Robert Patrick) stalking into a mosque during prayers and making statements about Islam that no actual American law enforcement official has ever dreamed of uttering in today's hyper-PC environment.
Interesting to note also Gina Gershon's and Danny Glover's presence in the film. Probably Hollywood's fashionable Leftism made acting in this America-hating screed seem to them to be a moral duty.

Mr. Glover has joined the many "African-American" entertainment stars who have gotten deeply in touch with their inner "Hate Whitey" since 9/11/01. Since Islam is the "true" religion of "the brothers", they naturally gravitate to that.
Sorry to sound cynical, but the truth does that sometimes. Any Islamic hellhole in the world that wants Mr. Glove, Mr. Bellafonte, or all the rest of the traitorous, hypocritical African-American rich is welcome to them.

I say: I think you are right, unfortunately.
And, even more unfortunately, there are an awful lot of white people lined up to reassure black people that it's ok to hate whitey, and extol Islam.
It makes weak-minded white people feel better to play along with black bigotry this way. Then they feel like they will not be hated, or found out for the bigots they likely are as well.
Yes, and because much of the power structure, in the media and academia, are so insecure and desirous to prove they are not racists, we, as a society, allow blacks to express an unbelievable amount of racism.
Case in point, there is no white Louis Farrakhan or Al Sharpton given a media platform over and over.
Thank God there isn't.
The closest thing we have to a white Farrakhan is Pat Buchanan, who is a tremendous asshole himself, but he doesn't go around proclaiming that black people were created by the devil as Farrakhan believes of white people.

I Respect your opinion, but the people alive today, in the industrialized west cannot be held responsible for the sins of their ancestors. Slavery was and still is horrible, especially race based slavery. While it may have had some negative effects on African society, along with colonialism, don't you think that at least some of the blame for the current state of African Societies has to do with the decisions made by post slave trade, post colonial Africans, including their leaders?

Wow, talk about ridiculous. Talk about people wanting to feed off of others' success. 15 trillion means the US is bled out to nothing. People grow up and get your countries out of the craphole you are in yourself. PLaying the victim won't get you anywhere.

You definitively have a point. There's no way we could realistically afford that, and add to the that the fact that a lot of African regimes are super corrupt, and probably wouldn't spend the money in way conducing to their society's advancement.
