We are supposed to believe that Fatima Abdallah, a Muslim woman in the Tampa area, killed herself by repeatedly banging her head against a coffee table. But even the most cursory examination of the crime scene photos reveals that Fatima Abdallah was almost certainly brutalized and murdered. So why did Tampa area law enforcement and medical examiner Laura Hair rule the death a suicide? Were they paid? Were they threatened?

Absolutely revolting! What lengths are they going to cover an honor killing? The only thing that comes close to this level of outrage is that some random hillbilly put up a sign saying "Welcome to Tampastan!" (really such ignorance does not help our cause), when the -stan suffix comes from the Aryan (as in Indo-Iranian peoples, NOT de Gobineau's blonde Germanic Nazi supermen) people. That guy probably thought that "Tampastan" sounds "Muslimy" not realizing that the filthy Arabs imposed their Islam on the Great Iranian lands and their people.
The sad part is that it seems that violence is the only thing that the followers of Muhammad (PEEace be upon him) understand these days.
Of course, you are correct on your etymology,
and,
of course, most of those "open-minded, educated" people who would agree with you and be happy to see your comment on the etymology, would also be offended by "PEEace be upon Mohammed."
We really can not satisfy the longing for "fairness" in those who do not want to see the truth.
