Tom Coburn takes dim view of Newt Gingrich as president?

Today:

Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn says he “will have difficulty supporting (Gingrich) as president of the United States” based on his experience serving in the House during Gingrich’s years as speaker.

“The thing is there are all type of leaders. Leaders that instill confidence, leaders that are somewhat abrupt and brisk” Coburn said on Fox News Sunday. “I found his leadership lacking.”

And at another time…

“He’s the last person I’d vote for for president of the United States,” Coburn said, per the Tulsa World. “His life indicates he does not have a commitment to the character traits necessary to be a great president.”

Well, Sen Coburn….please allow me to remind you of someone in the relatively recent past who was a womanizing, hated, stinking bastard, pushed aside because his leadership was such that he pissed off everyone around him, and then …managed to serve the main purpose…

ERNEST J KING, the personification of the Admiral as son of a bitch, who upon being called on his personality said, “WHEN THEY GET IN TROUBLE, THEY CALL FOR THE SONS OF BITCHES”

WE ARE IN NEED TODAY OF THE SONS OF BITCHES SEN COBURN, IN CASE YOU HAVEN’T NOTICED

When you find a conservative-libertarian, in favor of sealed borders willing to put 12 million aliens here in boxcars for the TV cameras and send them off, who will be for a flat tax, eliminate Obamacare, has always remembered the wife’s anniversary, and birthday, schtupped only her, prays every sunday, in the way you wish, will spend down to only the revenues collected, and make you a happy soul by being al you wish in a leader, LET ME KNOW.

As for me, I’ll take a brusk, son of a bitch with a clue, who will not take ‘we can;t do it’ for an answer, and throw out those around him who say that without a second thought.

I AM CALLING FOR THE SONS OF BITCHES.

It’s early 1942 for this nation.

NOT 1989.

Newt wouldn't be the first lecherous womanizing tenant of record at 1600. At least we know about his going in.

And it is galling that these sanctimonious pricks are running Herman out on a rail based on rather spurious accusations from some questionable femme fatales.

Need I direct attention any further than FDR, JFK or WJC? Heck, even Ronnie was on his second wife if you want to really go down this trail.

If Coburn says that "X" is the last person he would vote for as President and "X" does not equal "Obama," then (a) the comment was not-well-thought-out political blustering or (b) Tom Coburn is not who I thought he was.
