They are surreptitiously listening to CONGRESS?
This should have shut down the operation immediately on the basis of separation of powers. You know, that Constitution thing the IRS was stomping on to prevent groups educating the people about.
The cloakrooms serve as a place for members to socialize, eat, and take naps without leaving the building. These rooms are closed to all except for Senators and Representatives, and a few of their trusted staffers, and even have their own phone numbers.
BUT THEY KNOW NOTHING.
