From The Crimson Reach
I just realized what a health-care 'exchange' is. It hit me when seeing this piece:Aha! I get it now! I finally get it!
Starting in October, Americans without access to affordable health care coverage through their jobs will be able to shop for insurance for themselves and their families through state-run exchanges.
You see, an 'exchange' is an online health-care welfare application form. It's all so clear to me now.
Good luck signing up for your health-care welfare, everyone.

Except in the majority of states where they rejected the feds supporting the exchanges for one year of 90% support because they don't accept that support would continue?
