Iranian MH370 Passenger With Stolen Passport Has Active Facebook Page – Apologized to Friends Before Trip

On March 4 Mohammadi posted this from Malaysia.

TIME reported:
The last status update Pouria Nourmohammadi posted on his Facebook page indicated he was “feeling excited.” The 19-year-old Iranian had good reason to be: he was embarking on the first leg of a flight that would ultimately take him to Germany where his mother was waiting to help him begin a new life.
But his journey was tragically interrupted. His flight, Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370, disappeared en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing early Saturday morning with all 239 people on board. Nearly four days later, no trace has been found of the Boeing 777 in spite of a massive search operation conducted by at least nine countries.
Nourmohammadi had earlier hinted he would be going on a long, life-changing trip.“Because of some problems I will deactivate my account. Friends, seriously, if I’ve done any of you a bad turn, forgive me because maybe…” he posted on his Facebook page on Feb. 24.

related: Flight MH370 sent engine data before vanishing, says magazine

The missing Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200ER sent at least two bursts of technical data back to the airline before it disappeared, according to the New Scientist magazine.

These reports are sent via VHF radio or satellite at take-off, during the climb, at some point while cruising, and on landing.

The magazine noted that Malaysia Airlines' 11th media statement had said, "All Malaysia Airlines aircraft are equipped with ACARS which transmits data automatically. Nevertheless, there were no distress calls and no information was relayed."

re: Everyone who checked in, boarded flight MH370: Police chief

from which I quote: "Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar said every passenger who had booked a ticket for the flight had boarded the plane. “There were no passengers who checked in for the flight but failed to board.”

Mr Khalid was then asked why his statement contradicted that of the Department of Civil Aviation, which had earlier claimed that there were five passengers who had not boarded MH370.

“I did not issue any statement earlier about any passenger who checked in but failed to board the flight.

“I am now revealing the latest findings made by our investigating team, which is led by CID director Datuk Hadi Ho (Federal CID director Datuk Hadi Ho Abdullah),” he said.

“Let me make it simple, everyone who was supposed to be onboard, was on the flight,” Mr Khalid said when pressed by reporters at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport this afternoon."

Heard on Fox&Friends this am, new lead . . .witness to fiery crash of Malaysian flight seen from oil rig, "Songa Mercur" off Vung Tau:

http://twitpic.com/dy1qmm

Burning plane appeared to be in one piece

In an earlier Ibloga post about this incident, I posted a link to photo taken by a passenger on another plane illustrating what appeared to be several small fires in a line sequence much like a sequence of plane windows . . . suggesting similar image. I'm out all day, can't look up now to repost.

So, based on all this,,, I think we just learned we can probably blow the living shit out of China and they wouldn't know until it was all over. All we have to do is fly in over SE Asia, and be careful.
You know, like use routes that passenger jets take. Then go black. It would take HOURS before anyone would even take note and alarm

Fox & Friends mentioned an update to this incident this morning suggesting an oil rig worker may have witnessed the plane on fire at a high altitude.

The story is covered here

An early facebook post also included a photo posted by a passenger on another plane who witnessed what resembled several windows in sequence with fire blazing through each taken while traveling on Flight AK5122 Arasia from KL to KK at 6:45pm

Last communication from the plane was that they were leaving KL control and were to switch over to Vietnamese radar control. Who knows, the Vietnamese have always been crazy, maybe they shot it down, fat chance of finding it in those jungles. Why have we not heard anything from Vietnam?

via CNN: Satellite looking into missing Malaysia flight detects 'suspected crash area'
China's State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense announced the discovery, including images of what it said were "three suspected floating objects and their sizes." The objects aren't small at 13 by 18 meters (43 by 59 feet), 14 by 19 meters and 24 by 22 meters.

Video report . . .ff 00:55 to hear reporter suggest this site roughly coincides with the location provided by the oil rig worker.

Missing MH370: MMEA as yet unable to confirm if life raft from aircraft Quote: "When the MMEA team tried to get the life raft from the group, the tether broke and it sank ... most likely because the rope was frayed," he told Bernama.

However, he said pictures of the life raft were captured by the group and disseminated on the Internet.

He urged anyone with more information on the life raft to contact the authorities.

The find is of significance in the wake of missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370."
