Warning, for REAL, do not IGNORE: Arctic Ice IS REALLY Thawing

The ice-packed Arctic Ocean might become navigable in another 25 or 50 years if the present “warming-up” ten-dency of the Polar region continued.

This was stated yesterday in the United States Congress.

Several American scientists sought funds for U.S. participation In the “international geophysical year” -~ a world-wide scientific undertaking designed to glean new under-standing of the earth’s surface, inner structure, oceans,atmosphere, and weather.
