Experts predict the trips Brits do take to southern Europe will be shorter and outside peak season to avoid the worst of the searing heat.
The report will send shockwaves across the Mediterranean, where millions of people’s livelihoods depend on the influx of visitors each year.
The study by European Commission officials found the tourist industries in Spain and Bulgaria will be worst hit by the effects of climate change.
Resorts in the Balkans across the former Soviet east will actually benefit from the dire consequences of man-made global warming. @AOW - Yes, nothing will hold in the longer term. If they think they have a deal with the savages they are sadly mistaken and I'm happy about that.
And if I were a violent person, I'd have my sights on the media people over the politicians if and when.
