"Closely Identified With" Jihadists
Considering that, it is often the case that the authorities tell us, "this is not terror-related,", or, "this has nothing to do with Islam,"
the fact that, in this case, they are openly speaking of his identification with Al Qaeda,
really means something.
What? We don't know.
Is he a full-on Mohammed-professing Muslim?
We don't know.
And I doubt we ever will.
The Virginia gunman who executed two of his former colleagues on live television associated himself with the 9/11 attackers in rambling letters found inside his home and getaway car, authorities revealed Friday.
“Based on careful scrutiny of those writings and evidence seized from his apartment, it is apparent that Flanagan very closely identified with individuals who have committed domestic acts of violence and mass murder, as well as the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the U.S.,” a statement from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said, describing a large number of documents left behind by Vester Lee Flanagan II, the man who gunned down WDBJ reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward.

Hey may have been sympathetic to their cause. You know, like a lot of libs (and whack jobs like Westboro church) wish and hope that terrorists would be victorious against the "evil US"?
Not everything that is evil is done by Muslims but when you see that the whole world is busy trying to apologize for Muslims and taking their side. When you see that Muslims NEVER have to worry about justice no matter how horrible their belief system is. When you see that the West is busy JUSTIFYING horrendous acts by taking the guilt upon itself. Well, it gives this notion to bad people that no matter what you do, you won't have to deal with the consequences because there will be people, loud enough, who will stand up for them and defend them.
I mean, they said Hitler was a moderate (NYT). But imagine if the world hadn't wised up in a couple of years. Imagine if the world had given Nazis a free reign for decades on end as they've done with Muslims.
Someone once said that the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. We live in a world where not only the good folks do absolutely nothing but many of the so called good people are busy making excuses for those who commit evil. This behavior gives ammo to more bad people, which is the reason we have chaos in the world that we see today.
Oh but I wax philosophical...
Flanagan was a product of the grievance industry.
