About That Dead Little Boy Who Washed Up on the Shore of the Mediterranean

From a commenter named Monty:
Anyone coming across a kiddie lying face down at the edge of the surf, wouldn't stand there taking pictures. You'd lift him clear of he water, and try to get the water out of his lungs, revive him. You'd call an ambulance, and they'd arrive and try their various techniques.
There's no morally acceptable reason for anyone to have taken the photograph. I suspect the little boy was either left in the water, or returned to get the picture. Something about this business does not pass the smell test.
Note in the videos below, the child was photographed and videotaped from multiple angles, just like in a good movie:

---

---

Note that the child is laying there with no one around him, then an edit cut, and there is a man with a clipboard standing there taking notes.

And then another man with a baseball style hat comes up behind that man with the clipboard. Then cut.

Then in other shots, a man with a beret comes and carries the little boy away.

Just as the entire story of the revelation of/to that mentally diseased warlord Muhammad is wholesale fiction, so is the very narrative of each follower - as demanded for perpetuity in that heinous, blood thirsty belief system :
based on both the letter and spirit of the Qur’an and on the example of Muhammad, the Model of Conduct (uswa hasana), the Perfect Man (al-insan al-kamil)... for all eternity.
IOW, Devotion to Islam is to live the lie to its perfect example set by it's "prophet", Muhammed.
