Is Trump Just Crazy--- Or Crazy Like Fox?
When Trump makes his bombastic remarks is he really some kind of loon like many are saying?
Why does he do it?
Other than having his numbers go up every time, what is his strategy.
Ever read his book the "Art of the Deal’? You can explain a lot of Trump from his book.
Right in The Art of the Deal Trump says, 'If you're serious in a negotiation about wanting something and if there's something dead certain you've gotta have, you have got to start out with the most outrageous position. The opener has got to be so outrageous that the compromise is exactly what you want.'
The opener is the most outrageous demand that you can make. Then compromise from there. Trump may not really believe you can deport every Muslim or keep every Muslim out of the country. Trump wants to wake everybody up. Trump may have some pretty serious ideas, and to get there, he's gotta start out with one of these outrageous things. So when Trump backs off of it is when he appears reasonable, which is when you can finally make the deal with him. It's a strategy.
Interesting, no? Could explain a lot of his bombastic rhetoric.
Another thing to consider.
Trump is threatening to run as a third party candidate. But he already IS.
Trump is by far no establishment Republican or even a true conservative. Trump is Trump. He IS running as a third party candidate – INSIDE THE REPUBLICAN PARTY!! And the dolts there don't even realize it.
How many times have you heard the Conservative talking heads on AM radio say that third parties are a waste of time and if you really want to change the country - change the party from within.
The Dems did it with OBAMA -you can't recognize the Democratic Party of Truman, Kennedy, or Bubba Clinton any more.
Trump is doing the same thing for the Republican Party.

Trump, I am convinced really believes there's no such thing as bad attention, and he is self financing and all the TV sez every day is TRUMPTRUMPTRUMPTRUMPTRUMPTRUMPTRUMPTRUMP and prolly thinks any comment has all the time in the world to be modified, walked around, and adjusted
He is about WINNING. period.
I dont know if he will or can, but he is making the media which hates him pay for his advertising.
And every time he utters one of these remark-wars and braidens the spectrum, EVERY TIME, he has the people BEHIND HIM and he KNOWS IT and therefore his number go up.
ANyone seen a Trump ad like the BLIZZARD of Bush ads?
Not me.
You could almost believe he can get Mexico to pay for their own wall.
He makes me VERY uncomfortable, but I've said many times, the border (terrorism) and trade (economy) can EASILY be enough to win the office this time around.
And people thought W was a cowboy?
