Everyone at the Horsewood’s Restaurant in Caldwell, Iowa immediately ran from the room. Police were on the scene within a few minutes, but the bartenders already had Bell under control. One patron told local news, “We thought he had a bomb in his backpack.” But Ralmanzow Bell wasn’t declaring a terrorist attack. He was merely drunk, said authorities.
