“My job is to shut other white people down”

Sally Boynton Brown, a white woman running for chair of the Democratic National Committee, said Monday that if she is chosen to lead the party her job will be to “shut other white people down.”

“My job is to shut other white people down when they want to interrupt,” Brown said during a DNC candidate forum.

Brown, the executive director of the Idaho Democratic Committee, is running for the chair position against six other candidates, including three African-American candidates and one Hispanic, former Labor Secretary Tom Perez.

“My job is to shut other white people down when they want to say, ‘oh, no, I’m not prejudice; I’m a Democrat; I’m accepting,’” Brown bellowed during the forum, which was hosted by MSNBC’s Joy Reid.

Brown began her three minute pitch by chiding white Democratic leaders over what she said is the party’s failure to discuss the Black Lives Matter movement.

“Black lives matter and it makes me sad that we’re even having that conversation, and that tells me that white leaders in our party have failed,” she lamented.

Among other jobs she said she will undertake as DNC chair is “[making] sure that [white people] get that they have privilege.”

Of course the race to radical, uncivil, and RACIST normalization still leaves you the alternative of Mr. Ellison, who has stated american middle east policy is filtered (altered) by some ‘folks’ here in the USA. I always wonder why such people, whether they are Pat Buchanan, alt-right, Stormfront, some strange freaks in Aroostook county, Keith Ellison, the other leftists who (think they) hide their ‘chic’ racism or J Street’s contortionist act to maintain the money funnel from the onetime nazi collaborator just don’t drop the rotting fig leaf.

After all the only reason for the charade is that they think they are hiding form themselves the fact we all understand WHO THEY REALLY ARE, and WHAT THEIR INNER COMPULSIONS DICTATE

My shock now is profound. This is not a few freaks. nor a distinct ‘tiny’ minority of activists. This is the heart and soul of one of the 2 major parties.

Oh, btw, with this display, I announce I can never vote for a democrat, under any circumstances, at any level. It is now my DUTY, to work for the demise of this ideology. I am someone who as late as 2000, housed Democratic party workers for MONTHS during primary season in NH. But those men women and that ideology are long gone.

Because at it’s base this race for DNC is a REVERSAL of all begun by Brown vs Board of Education of Topeka, using contorted ‘logic’ to justify what is unjustifiable.

These people are attempting to hide from themselves that they are RACIST, but they must be treated just as we treated Orville Faubus, Ross Barnett, and George Wallace. They think if they convince themselves, they can convince others.
