During a law enforcement press conference just now the FBI announced that they think the shooter had been in the Alexandria area since March. He's apparently been living in his car, which was described only as a "white cargo van." They're asking the public to call the FBI hotline (or hit up the website) if they have information about what Hodgkinson has been doing since then.

Curious why the date of these tweets appear to be of foreign - perhaps Turkish - designation.
