Tucker can be irritating, but he's spot-on about this.

I think he has gotten better since he started his show.
Don't our immigration laws determine how legal immigration should progress?
I see Paul Ryan wants Trump to let Congress take care of this issue. How well has that worked out with us for multiple decades with policy neglect and lack of enforcement.
Paul Ryan is part of the UniParty.
DACA is an enforcement mechanism, or a mechanism for deferred enforcement, and is an innovation of the Executive Branch. Therefore, ending or suspending DACA is properly an Executive decision
