BOMBSHELL: Chairman Nunes Has Seen Clear Evidence of FISA ‘Abuse’ by FBI and DOJ Officials

Fox:
House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Republican colleagues in two closed-door meetings this week he has seen evidence that shows clear “abuse” of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to three sources familiar with the conversations, raising more questions about whether the controversial anti-Trump dossier was used by the Obama administration to authorize surveillance of advisers to President Trump.
The California Republican made his comments in private meetings with GOP colleagues as he tried to round up votes in favor of renewing a key section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, known as Section 702, which eventually passed in the House on Thursday.
Before the vote, Nunes told GOP lawmakers they could trust him that he has not seen abuse of that section of the law dealing with foreigners, but that other sections of the law have in fact been misused by government officials to conduct surveillance of Americans.
Nunes vowed that he plans to address his concerns by trying to share the evidence with the entire House later this month, after the debate over Section 702 is complete, according to the three sources familiar with the conversations.
GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

Re-Assigned FBI Lawyer James Baker Has Hard Drives Showing Trump Was Spied On
FBI lawyer James Baker possesses 47 hard disks containing data on a massive surveillance operation overseen by John Brennan and James Clapper which allegedly spied on Trump Tower and now-President Donald Trump. The 47 hard drives were provided to the FBI by whistleblower Dennis Montgomery.
“I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” Montgomery said in the interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years."

The dossier is important but the real question is why use it to get a FISA warrant in the first place? The answer is likely to cover for a preexisting, illicit, spying operation being conducted by the Obama administration and to use the FISA warrant to give them legal cover.

Please remember that Clapper went on record saying there was never a FISA warrant in the first place: (see embedded video)

If this is true, it speaks terrible things about the Obama Administration. Obama's watch.
