The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the change less than a week after President Donald Trump reportedly questioned in an Oval Office meeting why the United States would want to take in immigrants from Haiti and African nations, referring to them as "shithole" countries.
Trump has denied using that word. DHS said in a regulatory filing that it was removing Haiti from lists of more than 80 countries whose citizens can be granted H-2A and H-2B visas, given to seasonal workers in agriculture and other industries.
It cited what it said were "high levels of fraud and abuse" by Haitians with the visas, and a "high rate of overstaying the terms" of their visas.Wait, say the Liberals. Fraud is not low-skilled work. It requires great sophistication. We know. We do it all the time.

Fraud does not stop with mere arrival to the U.S. by whatever means possible. Medicaid is over-burdened in my state by women who claim single status, but there is a working head of household under the roof.
In my area, dental clinics which are Medicaid mills churn out services (braces, etc) which I could not afford for my own children. I popped into one a few years ago for the "free exam" just to see what they would charge me for a cleaning. They came back with the need for a "deep cleaning" with a price tab of almost five hundred dollars. Totally fraudulent. My real dentist cleans my teeth every six months and my oral health is good. For awhile, the scam was capping young children's teeth until Medicaid clamped down on the abuse.
Indigent poor Americans deserve adequate care. But billions in resources are diverted to non-citizens who are here illegally or who have overstayed their visas. This level of care and concern does not always dovetail into the same care and concern for our own native born.
Send 'em all back. MAGA.
