A tipster sent me this revolting BLM prayer at St Xavier Catholic Church in NYC yesterday: “Do you affirm that white privilege is unfair...will you commit to helping transform our church culture” and worship daily at altar of “racial justice.” St. George Floyd replaces Jesus. pic.twitter.com/P3IoXj3GsX

All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

"DO YOU AFFIRM THAT WHITE PRIVILEGE IS UNFAIR? … WILL YOU WORSHIP AT THE ALTAR OF RACIAL JUSTICE?”

For many in the Catholic Church, Marx replaced Jesus decades ago. The debasement continues. It is about as difficult to be a conservative in the RCC as it is in the nation at large. We can all still pray together but I have no idea how much longer that will last. Sad, really.
In God's house? Sheesh.
But I'll be that something like this is happening in churches all over the United States. How many churches have BLM signs and logos in use?
Isn't this heresy?
Pasto,
Yes, IMO.
People, the religion preaches humility, self-sacrifice, putting others first, "the meek shall inherit the earth", original sin, and so forth. We might well have heard a ringing endorsement of the value and sovereignty of the individual, even of reason, in churches at the time of the Founders, but those rainbow flags and BLM posters hanging in front of church doors everywhere you look should tell you that those days are long gone. And Anonymous is right about the Catholic Church. Just follow the stories over at Robert Spencer's JihadWatch if you want to see how far into subjugation to Islam in the name of "interfaith" the Church has slid, alas.
It guess it is heresy because they are putting another ideology -- Marxism -- ahead of the formal teachings of the church. But sadly, it is not surprising.
If you've got an hour or two to spare, and who doesn't lately, I don't know of a better explanation of the way the radical Left and Islam have wormed their way into our American Christian and Jewish religious institutions than Stephen Coughlin's "Red Pill" lecture series, link below. Especially from part 7 his discussion of how the Alinskites and their allies have have manipulated the "interfaith" movement not only by exploiting their position of goodwill but by destroying the rational basis of the interaction. I'm going to take the time to watch it again tonight.
The link is to the posting on Vlad Tepes blog and I guess that's his house with Christmas lights at the top of the page.

RRA (from Anon 1): Your two comments above are spot on. Traditional RC call it "putting Jesus in the service of Marx". And don't even try explaining to the typical RC churchgoer that Islam, by its nature, is hostile to Christianity.
