Adam seems to believe Serbia and Kosovo are part of the Middle East. In the sense that a large part of the problem between the two nations is Islam vs. Christianity, it is similar to the religious divisions in the Middle East.
But the other reason this is a Middle East deal is because it involves economic and diplomatic relationships between the two nations and Israel.
In other words, Trump is NORMALIZING Peace in the Middle East.
