"Trump Is Building Up to A Perry Mason Moment": Thomas Wictor Talks About CISA

This video doesn't really kick in until around the 6:25 mark. In fact, between minutes 4:00 and 6:00, he makes some claims without even citing evidence. 

For instance, he says, "If you look at the count (the counting of the vote), the count was consistent until these mail-in ballot dumps, and now suddenly, Joe Biden is going to win all these states. So you can claim that none of this is happening, and they claim that there's no evidence, but just you and I can see the evidence." 

Sure, a cursory glance at the vote count seems to indicate there may have been fraud. Most all the vote counting after midnight November 3rd into November 4th went Biden's way. In fact, every state except for Arizona has gone Biden's way, if I am not mistaken. BUT THAT IS NOT EVIDENCE. 

I may think I see that - and I do - but what I think I see is not evidence. It indicates we need to search for evidence. But we can not make fact claims without evidence to back it up. 

The good news is that, at the 6:30 mark, Thomas Wictor begins to explain who CISA would build a case.

There's no way President Trump went into this election saying "well, let's see how it goes".
