All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
Virginia’s largest school district will let students skip a presentation from a Holocaust survivor, saying the diverse district includes students with “different experiences.”
“We understand that all students have different experiences. If you prefer to opt your child out from participating in this presentation, please email your child’s history teacher and they will be provided an alternate assignment. Please email your child’s history teacher with any questions that you may have,” a letter from Cooper Middle School said.
The letter referred to a scheduled presentation from a Holocaust survivor to seventh-graders, according to Adele Scalia, a mother of one of those middle schoolers.
[...] Scalia said on social media that she is drawing “less charitable (but more likely) conclusions.” The Left has been pressured by Islamic extremists to demonize Israel following Hamas’ terrorist attacks on the Jewish nation on October 7, and liberals have used the same language of “colonization” and “oppression” that they apply to whites in the U.S. to Israelis.
“If the email had said ‘We understand that some students are very sensitive and Mrs. X’s stories my be disturbing and traumatizing to them…’ I would have given them the benefit of the doubt. But it didn’t,” Scalia wrote.
Fairfax County contains a hotbed of Muslim extremism. A mosque there, attended by several 9/11 hijackers as well as the Fort Hood terrorist, was presided over by the father of Abrar Omeish, who until this year was a member of the Fairfax County school board. Omeish voted against an FCPS resolution offering a moment of silence for victims of 9/11 and another for victims of October’s Hamas attacks on Israel, said the decisive World War II victor at Iwo Jima was “unfortunate,” and gave a graduation speech encouraging students to “remember your jihad” and reject capitalism.
This definitely says quite a bit, right down to how the manager of a mosque is allowed on the school board, and even desecrated the memory of 9-11 victims. This also makes clear the sad path the USA is regrettably headed on if something isn't done to put a stop to this indoctrination.
The opt-out of the Holocaust lesson in FCPS, whose school board is entirely Democrat, is a reversal from the Left’s position on opt-outs on topics like transgenderism and anti-racism, which typically holds that hard truths are often uncomfortable, that it is the role of a school to instill certain values, and that on some issues, there are not two sides, but only good and evil.
[...] With some people claiming that the Holocaust did not even occur, the lesson is one of the last chances to hear from someone who survived it first-hand, as survivors are perishing of old age.
Prior to the election of Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin, a video promoted by Virginia’s state Department of Education, then presided over by Democrat Atif Qarni, sought to dampen the emotional resonance of 9/11, advising teachers not to call it “terrorism” and to focus on “anti-Muslim racism” while making sure not “to reproduce what’s understood as American exceptionalism.”
This is the most terrible part about Virgina, how, Youngkin's election notwithstanding, there remains a considerable amount of far-left influence, and now it's resulted in a truly awful situation. It's clear Virginia has a serious problem with misogyny, anti-Semitism, and the Religion of Peace is really going to make things awful soon enough. Maybe most grating about the whole matter is that, if LGBT ideology is cleared away from schools in Fairfax, it'll only be due to Muslim influence, not because Judeo-Christians, Hinduists and Buddhists ask for it to stop. That's one of the worst things about "protected class" statuses.
Are there "racist" arguments in favor of the proposed Park51 Islamic rabat/mosque at Ground Zero? There are, indeed. This one comes from Deval Patrick, Governor of Massachusetts.

BOSTON (AP) ― Gov. Deval Patrick recalled Thursday being harassed by police officers as he bought candy as a youngster in Milton, saying it buttresses his belief in racial tolerance and religious freedom that extends to supporting the construction of a mosque near ground zero.

In the second Massachusetts gubernatorial debate of the week, Republican Charles Baker and independent candidate Timothy Cahill disagreed with the governor, saying the area around the focus of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks is sacred territory and should not become a rallying ground for extremist Muslims.
"I don't want to put them through what I went through," Patrick said of common Muslims, after recalling his experiences as a 14-year-old transplant from Chicago's rough South Side to the tony grounds of Milton Academy.
He said he was stopped regularly by Milton police as he walked to a local convenience store in a community where blacks were then rare.
The governor later said the officers wanted to know what he was doing in the neighborhood and requested identification, a demand he could not satisfy until he got a school identification card as a sophomore or junior.
What other interpretation but racial resentment and a wish to "get even" can be put on this inane statement? Governor Patrick is not generally considered the brightest street light on the block here in Taxachusetts, but this response is stuck-on-stupid even for him. As noted below by Independent candidate Tim Cahill, Patrick already has a track record of pandering to the Muslim Brotherhood-linked Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center and mega-mosque (see earlier post on this mosque's role in indoctrinating children in MA public schools), and while he is perhaps careful about how much he allows himself to understand about the true nature of Islam it is unlikely that he is ignorant of the basics or that he really thinks the issue in New York City is one of "racial tolerance" or people being able to walk down the street without being "harassed".
[Republican candidate] Baker said that with the "raw emotion of the attack" still lingering, all parties have to be flexible.
He said building the mosque in New York, as well as its community center, will contribute to building anti-Muslim anger sparked by continued terror attacks or attempts.
Cahill previously criticized Patrick for meeting with 1,000 Massachusetts Muslim leaders, accusing the governor of pandering by pledging to urge employers to allow practitioners of Islam to leave work early on Friday nights so they could pray.
Cahill noted Jews begin the Sabbath on Friday nights, yet most do not get dismissed from work early to attend services.
Asked about Cahill's pandering accusation, Patrick responded: "I think it's a very unfortunate comment. It's something I'm sorry about. I think Tim is better than that comment."
Actually, it appears Cahill has a clearer grasp of the issues surrounding Islam and the stealth jihad than does the usual run-0f-the-mill political candidate. If there is any justice in the universe either Cahill or, more likely, Baker, will be chosen to replace Dhimmi Deval come November. Meanwhile, anyone who accuses opponents of the Park51 rabat of "racism" deserve a two-word response: Pot. Kettle.
I wish the supporters of the Ground Zero Victory over the Great Satan Mosque would understand what it is that drives the opponents...other than the usual hate and intolerance yada yada.
It really isn't that hard to understand. We know what goes on in mosques. We understand not because the press in this country has actually done its job and investigated what is said in the pulpits of the mosques. They haven't looked into the history of Islam honestly nor read the major texts of Islam to find out what they teach the faithful. We have had to do that, ourselves.
We have had to learn by searching, online for honest teachers who aren't afraid of being called names by the press. And what a mother lode of knowledge there is to be found for even the least curious among the incurious, gullible press. We have all had to make reassessments about the things we have taken for granted all of our lives. It isn't easy to admit that people aren't basically good at heart....but knowing Islam and how it malforms its followers, we can say that with comfortable certainty.
Of course, a few (you can count them on one hand) brave souls will actually do their job as journalists and report the facts about the actual state of the mosques, but you won't find them in this country. Sadly.
The press is incurious and contented. Their response is always to call the opposition 'Intolerant', 'Racist' and 'Islamophobic' .....why would anyone be THAT, I wonder?
So let's call them on their tolerance and make them 'prove' it. They won't be able to, but it's worth the effort just to prove that the press are all liars, and the Muslims driving this bomb packed bus to Ground Zero:
Our leaders just don't understand. They just don't get it. What a nuisance we are. It used to be that would just shut up and let them say whatever, and then we'd fork over part of our paycheck, or rather, they would let us keep a chunk of it...how kind of them, after all, and in gratitude, we'd reelect them.
It isn't such a lovefest, anymore. Some things ought to be transparently obvious, but the dolts who misrule us are too thick to get it.
Nancy Pelosi wants to investigate the finances of the people who are opposed to the Conquest of New York City Mosque, whose ribbon cutting ceremony is slated for September 11th. I really, really hope Nancy shows up for the cameras. We wouldn't want to forget...the way she apparently has.
Oh, I know. Nancy could just sic the Justice Department on Ken Fairben, whose son Keith, a paramedic was killed on 9/11. Maybe Eric Holder could investigate Robert Reed, who witnessed hundreds of bodies fall into the WTC plaza on 9/11. Oh, I know who should be investigated: Lee and Eunice Hanson, violent opponents of the Ground Zero Victory Mosque should definitely be investigated for their Islamophobia, that's who. They lost half their entire family on that day. Pay especially close attention to their heart-breaking story as they recount their son's last seconds of life on the plane they watched slam into the south tower. Yes. Investigate them. Hearings! We must have hearings! And jail time...for Nancy Pelosi and her Kleptocratic Lawless Quislings.

The Victory over the Great Satan Mosque, if it is allowed to go forth, will be completed by next year. Before the WTC is built. Try to understand the significance of that. Do you see any buildings going up from the ruins of 9/11? What a difference a generation makes. The Trade Centers were built in less time than the building going up to replace them.
We can stop the mosque at Ground Zero if we exchange the multicultural point of view for a culturist point of view and prosecute the mosque’s primary backer, Imam Rauf, under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
Passed in 1938, FARA initially focused on “subversive” political propaganda.[i] The purpose of FARA is to insure that the U.S. Government and the people of the United States are informed of the source of information (propaganda) and the identity of persons attempting to influence U.S. public opinion, policy, and laws.[ii] Upon registering as a foreign agent, the public has access to the foreign agent’s records concerning the publicity campaigns, lobbying expenditures, funding flows, offices activities and disbursements in support of those activities.[iii] In addition, the Act also requires that informational materials (formerly called propaganda) be labeled with a conspicuous statement that the information is disseminated by the agents on behalf of the foreign principal.[iv]
The act was passed in response to German propaganda in the lead-up to World War II. Unfortunately, persons whose activities are of a purely commercial nature or solely of a religious, scholastic, academic, scientific or fine arts nature are exempt.[v]CAIR Unmasked, an organization dedicated to getting the Council of American – Islamic Relations, registered as a foreign agent, does not think religious status excuses Islamic organizations from compliance with FARA.[vi]
The problematic distinction between religious and political activities in our law stems from our confusing our culture with supposed global culture.We assume a separation of church and state.But this is a very western notion based on Jesus Christ’s order to “Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s” (Matthew 22:21).Muhammed, the founder of Islam, was both a political, religious leader, and a warlord.Islam has no separation of church and state or mosque and state.In order for us to properly enforce FARA we must recognize that Islam is both a religious and a political system.
Two pieces of evidence underlay this contention.The first is the existence of Sharia courts.Sharia courts are Islamic religious courts.In Islamic jurisprudence, they decide civil as well as religious disputes.So when advancing Islam, foreign agents are also advancing a legal system.This proves that Islam is inherently political. Secondly, we must know that Islam is an expansive political system. Much like NAZI and Communist systems, we must recognize it as a competing aggressor.As evidence, we should remember that Islam nearly conquered Spain and Eastern Europe.They were only stopped from taking all of Europe by defensive military action.The very existence of the large “Muslim world” is evidence of successful military expansion.
The proposed mosque at Ground Zero of the 9 – 11 attacks is to be named “Cordoba House.”Cordoba was the capital of Spain under Muslim domination.This is an overt reference to a desire to re-establish hegemony over western lands.The fact that it is at the site of an Islamic attack on our greatest symbols of economic and military might, confirms this assertion.Multiculturalism tells us that we have no core culture.Furthermore its directive to “celebrate diversity” assumes that no cultures are aggressive or un-American or anti-western.We must take a culturist point of view that recognizes cultural diversity and competition. We, the West, have a non-Islamic culture to protect and a right to protect it from aggressors.We need to replace the multicultural point of view with a culturist point of view.
Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf is the head of the effort to build a mosque at Ground Zero. He refuses to say where the $100 million for the mosque’s construction is coming from.We can only speculate that it must derive from Malaysia or Saudi Arabia. Were a brave politician to demand it, we could force him to register Imam Rauf as a foreign agent under FARA.This would mean that his books would be open and he would have to label his mosque as propaganda!Strengthened, FARA could then be used to forbid the mosque and the Saudi’s relentless building of mosques across America.The New York Post reports that the Kuwaiti born Rauf who is based in Malaysia has ties to the flotilla of jihadis that caused conflict with Israel.[vii]He provides a fantastic opportunity for a culturist application of FARA.
We need to reverse our multicultural blindness to cultures in general, we need to take a culturist approach to Islam and recognize it as a hostile political system.From this vantage point we need to get disclosure from the Islamic propagandist Imam Rauf under FARA in order to stop the travesty of a mosque being built at Ground Zero.
