Count 15 : Possession of a document or record containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism. On May 27 2004 had in his possession a document, namely the Encyclopaedia of the Afghan Jihad, which contained information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
