The Islamic cleric Abu Hamza has been found guilty on 11 out of the 15 charges brought against him .

Count 4 : Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. On a day before May 27 2004 used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to stir up racial hatred, or in circumstance where racial hatred was likely to be stirred up thereby. Guilty

On May 27 2004 had in his possession recordings, namely audio and videotapes which were threatening, abusive or insulting with a view to their being distributed, shown or played, whether by himself or another, with intent to stir up racial hatred, or in circumstances where racial hatred was likely to be stirred up thereby. Count 15 : Possession of a document or record containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism. On May 27 2004 had in his possession a document, namely the Encyclopaedia of the Afghan Jihad, which contained information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
