Muslim Man Kicked Out Of Mosque For Writing Article Criticizing Al Qaeda

Hat tip to Atlas Shrugs.

Yes, you read that correctly. He criticized Al Qaeda, so he got kicked out of his Mosque.

And, this is no small Mosque. This is the Islamic Center of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Go here to see the video. And, if anyone knows how to download video to YouTube, will you please do so with this video, so we can put it up here?

Are there any Muslim organizations, media outlets, academic institutions, or governments, of any appreciable size, anywhere in the world?

The poor man said the letter was anti-Al Qaeda. He said he was disturbed by terrorists killing in the name of Islam. He called al quaeda leaders cowards for using young Muslims to carry out attacks.

So they threw him out of the mosque and he has been threatened by fellow Muslims at the mosque.

The only way he can come back to worship is if he must apologizes and "takes his article back."

Are you saying you can't join up because of the Beta problem?

Why don't you just create an alternate screen name, like Dinah Lord II or something?

I've been trying to contact with you by e-mail (to send to you some interesting photos) but it seems like your e-mail account is not operative (or it is at its maximum storage level).

If you want to download youtube videos (and others) go to this page:

http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube.php

It contains a 'videodownloader' developed by a spanish programmer (Javi Moya). You can choose the page utility to download (inserting the URL of the webpage which contains the video) or download and install an add-on for your browser.

(Hail to Firefox! Down with Explorer! ;D )

Ah, Tulsa Oklahoma.

Rodeo, honky tonks, Tulsa State Fair, line dancing, cowboy hats, Sunday dinner after church, al-Qaeda loving jihadists who kick "moderate Muslims" out of mosque...

One of these things does not go together,
One of these things just doesn't belong...

MTS,
I can't believe our society stares at evidence like this every day and still does not begin to deal with its implications.

How to download the video for yourself or to upload it to youtube using firefox.

1. Go to the page you want to view and let the video start playing.

2. Clear the browser's cache.

3. Open the cache folder.

4. Note the size of the files in the cache folder.

5. Refresh the listing of the files there and check the sizes of all of them again.

6. The file you want will be the one that's getting bigger as the video downloads.

7. Wait until all the video has been downloaded and copy that largest file to another folder. Do not close the window the video is playing in until after you have copied the file. Otherwise firefox will delete it.

8. Firefox doesn't give file extentions to the files in the cache. So you'll have to rename it to add the .flv extention.

What you now have is a flash video file. Convert it to some other format such as mpeg. I tried uploading a flash video file and it plays too fast.
