The U.S. government offered five million dollars for killing or capturing Al Qaeda leader Abu Ayyub al-Masri in 2006.But in 2007, the offer dropped to one million dollars.
Now it's only a hundred thousand dollars.
Pretty steep drop. That's got to be embarrassing for the poor guy.
