I can only read the large text, but if this is what it seems to be then the posters are seriously satanically sick and twisted nazi scum.
Maybe they admire the politcal party who had mobile gas-chambers going round the villages liquidating special needs kids after which the gauleiters downed a few steins in the local bierkeller to celebrate their 'purification' of the population.
