What Would You Propose?

I came across another list of possible solutions to the relentless Islamic political encroachment. This is an answer to the question, "So what do you think CAN be done about all this besides moral grandstanding and warning about 'our failure to act?'" This one seems very reasonable, and all of these proposals are attainable and would be effective. This list is from a longer article by Dr. Babu Suseelan, Pathways to Jihadi Terrorism. Here's his list:

1. Ban or reform all Islamic madrasas.

2. Deny permission to construct mosques.

3. Consider limiting immigrants from Islamic countries to free countries.

4. Closely monitor students studying in free countries from Islamic nations.

5. Stop the flow of funds from Saudi Arabia to American Islamic schools.

6. Deny visas to Muslim Imams from India, Pakistan and the Middle East.

7. Establish radio and television stations in and around Islamic nations.

8. Use mind manipulation techniques to denounce evil practices of Jihadis.

9. Stop immediately the conversion of correctional populations into Muslims. This is a serious consideration. The U.S. has 2.5 million offenders in federal correctional institutions, state prisons and local jails. 95% percent of them will return to our communities. Converted Muslims with criminal proclivities are a potential danger. They could work as sleeper-agents in our communities. Most of the prisons employ Imams and 95% percent of them are from Pakistan, India, Iran, and from the Middle East.

Number one would be difficult to do, but I think it is perhaps the most important. Number 8 refers to psychological warfare using mainstream media to produce shame and guilt.

All of these could help answer the question, "Okay, then, what do you think should be done about it?" What are you trying to accomplish? How do you propose accomplishing it?

I would add, of course, applying sedition laws and massive educational programs to non-Muslims about Islam.

Declaring the sedition in Madrassas to be organized in the interest of collecting donations (zakat) may make it prosecutable under RICO statutes as racketeering.

Pastorius said...

After all, Islam is just one big racketeering scheme.

1. Halt all immigration.
2. Deport all illegal migrants, and all migrants and asylum seekers who have committed offences while on our territory.
3. Deport all migrants who have received more in state benefits than they have contributed in tax.
4. Outlaw all foreign contributions to political, social, charitable and religious groups within our territory.
5. Outlaw claims for asylum made within our territory.

That's a start.

On the Arabic origins of the word Mafia:

... the "theory which assigns the greatest antiquity to this society suggests that mafia is a corruption of the Arabic word mu afah, in which mu means something like 'inviolability, strength, vigour,' and afah something like "to secure, to protect.' Mu afah had therefore been an association which provided security for its members"

IF WE ARE TO SURVIVE, ISLAM ITSELF MUST BE DESTROYED BY AN OVERWHELMING ONSLAUGHT

"Jihad in the path of Allah is greater than any individual or organization. It is a struggle between Truth and Falsehood, until Allah Almighty inherits the earth and those who live in it. Mullah Muhammad Omar and Sheikh Osama bin Laden—may Allah protect them from all evil—are merely two soldiers of Islam in the journey of jihad, while the struggle between Truth and Falsehood transcends time (from The Al-Qaeda Reader, 182).

According to this statement, which itself is grounded in the Koran, Islamic militants are not the cause of the war. They are but a symptom of a much greater cause — the “struggle between Truth [Islam] and Falsehood [non-Islam]” that “transcends time.” The problem, then, is not men like Khomeini, Banna, Qutb, and Yassin — nor is it even bin Laden, Zawahiri, or al-Masri: individually killing them off is only treating the symptom, not curing the malady. The root cause is the violent and fascist ideology that motivates them.

Unfortunately, this ideology is grounded in a religion and a God replete with eternal damnations and rewards, and thus not easily discredited. None of the aforementioned men initiated the many commands that create strife between Muslims and non-Muslims; they only upheld them. Immutable verses from the Koran, as well as countless statements from and examples by Muhammad, are the ultimate source of this animosity:

“Fight them [infidels] until there in no more seduction and all religion belongs to Allah alone” (Koran 8:39).

“When you encounter infidels, strike off their heads” (Koran 47:4).

“I [Muhammad] have been made victorious through terror” (Bukhari B52N220).

No “radical” Muslim fabricated these verses and others like them. These are understood to be the everlasting words of Allah and his prophet.

Even the reckless strikes of 9/11 — where mostly civilians, including women and children, were killed — are justified for al Qaeda through Islam. While it is true that Islam is generally against the killing of non-combatants such as women and children, there are certain exceptions to this generalization, and al Qaeda often cites them to validate 9/11. For instance, Muhammad authorized his followers to use catapults during their siege of the town of Taif in 630, though he was aware that women and children were sheltered there. Also, when asked if it was permissible to launch night raids or set fire to the fortifications of the infidels if women and children were among them, the prophet is said to have responded, “They are from among them” (Muslim B19N4321).

The West’s plight vis-à-vis radical Islam is therefore akin to Hercules’s epic encounter with the multiheaded Hydra-monster. Every time the mythical strongman lopped off one of the monster’s heads, two new ones grew in its place. To slay the beast once and for all, Hercules figured out that he could cauterize the stumps with fire, thereby preventing any more heads from sprouting out.

Similarly, while the West continues lopping off radicalized “monster-heads,” it is imperative to at least acknowledge the malady — radical Islam — in order to ultimately prevail. Victory can only come when the violent ideologies of radical Islam have been cauterized.

But, alas, the Hydra-monster is myth; radical Islam is stark reality.

BTW If Allah is G_d the creator, why and how can he 'inherit the earth and those who live in it'?

Monty,

These two are GREAT:

3. Deport all migrants who have received more in state benefits than they have contributed in tax.

4. Outlaw all foreign contributions to political, social, charitable and religious groups within our territory.

Doable, practical. And they would really make a difference.

Pastorius, where'd you find information about RICO?

Epaminondas said...

RICO is an interesting idea. I have no idea how that federal statute reads.

1 & 2 Unconstitutional
3 & 4 & 6 & 7 We had better be doing it already
5 Do any catholic institutions get funds from overseas? Churches? Jesuit Universities (GW, Providence, etc)? I have no clue. But this may have unlooked for consequences in that vein.
8 After Karen Hughes ridiculous effort I'm not sure we have the talent

9 is critical, but we have to find a way to make that constitutional. It may be legal to prevent the teaching of what might be future crimes to those who have already forfeited rights.

Remember we CANNOT single out Islam, only those actions which are not religious.

Citizen Warrior said...

What if we COULD single out Islam? What if it could be convincingly demonstrated that Islam is different from any other religion? What if you could pinpoint several dangerous doctrines fundamental to the religion that no other religion contains? I think that could be done, and then sensible limits could be put on the religion that would not have to be put on any other religion.

Islam is, after all, strikingly different in many respects than any other religion.

By the way, Epa, I have asked you a couple questions in the comments to this post, and I'm thinking you haven't subscribed to the comments, so you don't know about it.

Pastorius said...

Epa,
#1 is NOT unconstitutional if the racketeering case can be made.

I believe it is clear that Madrassas who teach sedition against America are involved in racketeering to bring in Zakat dollars (charity) from home and abroad.

CW,
Here's an example of the Federal Government using racketeering charges to bring down the Aryan Nations:

David E. Lane, a racial agitator, anti-Jewish activist, former Ku
Llux Klansman, ex-neo-Nazi, and radical-right revolutionary, is
serving a combined 190-year sentence for racketeering and
conspiracy, and for violating the civil rights of Denver radio
personality Alan Berg, who was murdered outside his home in 1984.
Although he is incarcerated in the federal prison in Florence,
Colorado, with no hope of eligibility for parole until 2037, Lane
remains a voice that is heard in the hate movement; his writings are
published in several leading extremist periodicals.

Now 55, Lane was one of 10 members of the Far Right revolutionary
gang known as The Order who were convicted of racketeering and
conspiracy in 1985; their goal was to launch a race war against
blacks and Jews and to establish a separate white nation in the
western U.S. Since going to prison, Lane's writings have appeared in
extremist publications such as the neo-Nazi tabloid "The New Order,"
in "WAR", organ of the California-based White Aryan Resistance, and
in "The Klansman", published by The Invisible Empire Ku Klux Klan
(see also story below)<*>, founded in 1975 by David Duke.

Aryan Brotherhood members face sentencing for murder, racketeering

Posted 11/21/2006 10:36 AM ET

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — Prosecutors spent six years building their case in an effort to dismantle the Aryan Brotherhood, the violent white supremacist group accused of dealing drugs and spreading terror inside some of the nation's most dangerous prisons.
Their work paid off in July, with a jury convicting four of the gang's leaders on charges including murder, conspiracy and racketeering. Sentencing for three of the men was set for Tuesday.

Barry "The Baron" Mills, 58, and Tyler "The Hulk" Bingham, 59, were eligible for the death penalty but jurors deadlocked on whether to recommend it, leaving the men likely be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Edgar "The Snail" Hevle, 55, could get 20 years to life in prison for racketeering, conspiracy and murder.

Christopher Overton Gibson, 47, the fourth defendant, is recuperating from back surgery and won't be sentenced Tuesday. He also could be sentenced to 20 years to life in prison for racketeering and conspiracy.

Among other things, the jury convicted Mills and Bingham for inciting a race riot at a prison in Lewisburg, Pa., in 1997 that resulted in the deaths of two black inmates.

Hevle and Gibson were convicted of conspiring to murder the black inmates.

Mills, Bingham and Hevle were also convicted of a count of murder for the killing of Arva Lee Ray, a prisoner slain at the Lompoc, Calif., penitentiary in 1989. Gibson was not charged with that count.

I will write a post on this subject.

I've come up with two interesting ideas for posts recently.

1) Islam as Racketeering

and the other one is

2) Itjihad and Jihad: How the words of Muslims prove there is no such thing as A Moderate Islam
