Another Terrorist to be Released

But this time it isn't from Gitmo, but from a case dating back to 1973.

IN 1973, a young terrorist named Khalid Duhham al-Jawary entered the United States and quickly began plotting an audacious attack in New York City.

He built three powerful bombs - bombs powerful enough to kill, maim and destroy - and put them in rental cars scattered around town, near Israeli targets.

The plot failed. The explosive devices did not detonate, and Jawary fled the country, escaping prosecution for nearly two decades - until he was convicted of terrorism charges in Brooklyn and sentenced to 30 years in a federal penitentiary.

But his time is up.

The federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) currently plans to release this terrorist on February 19th “after completing only about half his term, including time served prior to his sentencing and credit for good behavior.” He will then be handed over to U.S. Immigration authorities for deportation to who knows where.

Those who helped put Jawary behind bars believe he'll pick up where he left off.

"What is he going to do when he gets out?" McTigue said. "He'll be deported and received as a hero and go right back into his terrorist activities."

No kidding. How do you rehabilitate a jihadist? Maybe using the criminal system to detain terrorists is a bad idea.

Rehabilitating Jihadists is easy. Simply install the "Patriot Microchip" in the Jihadist's forehead. It comes in various sizes and gives the Jihadist the ability to immediately communicate with Allah.
