The Pledge of Allegiance

We do it before every gun club meeting. They may be a shady bunch but they are fierce freedom loving patriots all. Don't think about treading on their rights.

Been a helluva week I think almost all of us can use this. For our international friends please enjoy it as well and excuse us while we indulge in a little American Patriotism.

CS -- never too old to learn how to handle a firearm. Every person that wants to ought to be allowed & afforded the opportunity. America would be safer all around.

Our club just had a Hunters For Hunger event a couple weeks ago. Food donations (did not have to be fresh game but that was accepted). In one weekend collected 1,500 lbs of meat alone to feed less fortunate, plus canned and frozen goods. They're gnarly, rude, obnoxious, sexist, drunk but Patriots who actually give a shit and give something back to their community.

I've always loved this piece too, HRW. Didn't think anyone here would object ;>)

Glad you liked it.

Love his last line, but hey who need's Red Skelton when we have such mondern day sages like Bill Maher, and David Letterman. Sad times indeed to be an American patriot.

"Wouldn't it be a pity, if someone said that was a prayer and that would be eliminated from schools, too"

He would have never dreamed it.

Maher and Letterman. Spit.

Sad times indeed.
