Spain: Spanish Air Army Soldier, arrested for editing and publishing in Internet Jihadist videos

National Police has arrested in Granada two persons for editing and publishing in Internet Jihadist videos calling for terrorist attacks inside Spain. These arrests are the result of the investigations which took place under the General office of Information and the Information Brigade of National Police in Granada.

The arrested are Granada-born 23-year-old Christian Peso Ruiz Coello, and Russian-born 23-year-old MarĂa Choubina. He is serving under Spanish Air Army in 78th Wing (Armilla Base). Both he and his partner are followers of Islam.

and this is what the death penalty is for. murder treason ect.

unfortunately western civ has decided we are too civilized to sentence evil doers to death.

but they are unencumbered by such problems. and will gladly put any and all to death who stand in thier way.

Hello, rumcrook:

In Spain, death penalty is only allowed by the Constitution in war times, but in 1995 it was also abolished at that time. From my point of views, in war you need to take extreme measures so to avoid precisely treason among other crimes.

So even if we were in war times, and even if he was condemned for treason charges, he would not be sentenced to death.

So yes, what you say it's basically true.
