Way Behind the Times

Heh. IBA scooped those rookies at MSNBC by DAYS. Too busy fawning over O not heading to Normandy and bowing to Islam I s'pose.

War hero helps nab suspects in dog killing
Labrador retriever had been given to him to help heal after Afghan combat

HUNTSVILLE, Texas - A highly decorated Navy SEAL who found his beloved yellow Labrador retriever shot dead outside his home helped capture the alleged gunmen following a high-speed chase through three counties.

Marcus Luttrell stayed on the line with a 911 operator as he tried to catch the fleeing suspects during the 40-mile chase that reached speeds of over 100 mph.

"I told them, 'You need to get somebody out here because if I catch them I'm going to kill them,'" Luttrell said he told the operator, the Houston Chronicle reported.

the rest but if you read IBA you saw it days ago ALONG with one of the first to post the video

IBA RULES!

No wonder the newspapers are going down. Bloggers and blogs are ahead of MSM, this is why I rely solely on the net to get news.

It's disgusting how those bloody kids shot his dog. To make matters worse, after the police caught the perps, the kids taunted, mocked and threatened Luttrell. The dog was given to him as a present to comfort him during his recovery from injuries he sustained in battle. The dog was actually named after his fallen squad members, of which he was the only survivor. The Chinook that came to support him and his outgunned squad members was shot down by an RPG, killing all 16 SEALs aboard; the worst single loss of life incident in the history of the Navy SEALs. To me, the kids that shot his dog in the head (with .357 Magnum, mind you) are traitors to the United States. As such, they deserve the punishment of traitors, anything ranging from a 10+ year sentence to capital punishment. It did happen in Texas afterall.
