Even the New York Times Admits That BHO's Iran Policy Has Already Failed

"Failed" is relative to goals. Obama's policy has "failed" if its goal has been to stop Tehran's development of a nuclear fuel program.
But that wasn't ever its goal, of course. Instead, its goal was to pretend to be trying to stop Tehran's development of a nuclear fuel program, while in fact welcoming it.
The New York Times writing editorials "admitting" that his policy "has failed" is part of this pretense, of course.
