Clunkers aid Ford, Toyota sales; GM, Chrysler fall
Those numbers are votes, people. DETROIT (AP) -- The Cash for Clunkers program boosted sales at Ford, Toyota and Honda in August as consumers snapped up their fuel-efficient offerings, but rivalsChrysler Group LLC and General Motors Co. withstood another month of falling sales.
Two of Ford's vehicles -- the Focus and Escape -- were among the top selling cars under the clunkers program.
Ford sales rose 17.2%
Japanese automakers. and Honda Motor Co. also posted gains year-over-year gains in August.
Toyota sales rose 6.4 percent.
Honda sales rose 9.9 percent.
Chrysler sales fell 15 percent.
GM Co., sales fell 20 percent.
No GM vehicles made the closely watched list of top-10 Cash for Clunkers sales, but they had the largest market share behindJapan's Toyota Motor Corp.
People who buy cars are likely voters. Polls are almost always skewed because they reflect the general population, rather than likely voters.
Here we see Ford rising nearly 20%, Chrysler falling 15%, and GM falling a full 20%.
That is the American people voting against the Obama Administration's socialization of the Auto Industry.
That means the American people are well-aware of the danger inherent in the policies of the Obama Administration.
That means Barack Obama is taking the Democratic Party down with him.
Dick Morris predicted a bloodbath; the Democratic Party could lose 100 seats in 2010. I agree with him.
However, I also agree with myself, and I have been predicting since the very beginning of the Obama Administration, that the policies they would enact are so destructive, and contrary to the American Tradition, that eventually Congress would be forced to ask Obama to leave,
AND HE WILL.
He will not be impeached, because Obama is like a Mafia Chieftain. He knows how to keep his fingerprints off the weapon. Instead, he uses unaccountable Czars, Congress, and others to do his dirty work.
But, indeed, he is a threat and a menace, and the American people are waking up in huge numbers, and he is going down.
Watch.

This is good news for us! I hope its an indication that Obama is going down come next election! However lets keep in mind that a lot can change by than.

It really doesn't matter if he keeps his fingerprint off the weapon because his czars are only answerable to him, which makes him 100% responsible for them and anything they do. If Mark Lloyd does a single thing he wants we can impeach him and even try him for treason.
Also, we could easily impeach him over the GM dealership closings. It's a 4th Amendment violation. I'm also pretty sure he technically lied under oath about the Lockerbie bomber thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the birther thing blew up in his face once we get a new Congress. Who would vote against a bill forcing him to prove that he's a citizen? He could be removed from office.
Obama won't leave. He's the ultimate leftist and the ultimate narcissist. When he fails, he blames others, and besides, failure is what he wants, for all of us. He ran for president to turn the US into a 3rd world hellhole. He ain't leaving because he fails. His failures are engineered.
