ORLANDO, Fla. — A Florida judge says he plans to order the teenager who ran away from Ohio to Florida because she feared physical harm for converting from Islam to Christianity sent back to Ohio.
The Orlando judge said Tuesday that he will sign the order when he gets the documents on 17-year-old Rifqa Bary's (RIFF'-kuh BEAR'-ee) immigration status.
Bary has been in foster care in Orlando while her case was being reviewed. The judge says he will likely turn over the case to an Ohio court in the next few weeks.
Bary ran away from her parents' Columbus-area home in July, saying she feared being killed for changing religions. But a Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation found no credible threats to Bary.

It is getting harder and harder to believe America will ultimately pull through.
This case goes to the very core of our Western freedoms and values and the outrageous direction it has taken clearly shows that America is very ill. If you cannot save the likes of Rifqa Bary, you cannot save anyone, not even yourselves.

When does she turn 18? When she's 18, she's an adult and she can go where she wants. She and her lawyers should try to keep this in the courts until then.
Judges should be hold responsible for their actions.. if something happens to her, judge should be sent to jail for accessory to murder, i believe that is around 10 years with good behaviour.

I was expecting this out come, not because of the judges dhimmitude, but because she was a bad actor.
This judgement basically proves she is a liar, and this does not reflect good on the anti-jihad movement
I think it was wrong for Geller and Spencer to blow this affair up so as to put the spotlight on islamic honor killing
Rifqa Bary was spot on about islam, but her story about her family rang as true as a cracked bell. And that is why the judgement went against her.
She should have runaway and kept a low profile.

I say: Yep, that's what Babba, MR, and I have been saying.
It's not that I don't support Pamela and Spencer, I just think they have to be very careful about what they get themselves involved in.
But, you have to admire the work that they did on this, even if it turns out they were wrong.
Truthfully, from my perspective, Rifqa could be telling the absolute truth, and yet at the same time, be of such a divided mind about the idea that her parents would actually kill her, that she might have to resort to dramatics, in order to convince herself.
It's kind of a complex psychological idea, but I know that I have been in that position before, when I was younger.
When you are young, you don't know what to take seriously, and what not to take seriously. Your brain works well enough to give you an inkling, but not well enough to give you absolute resolution.

What with Spencer, Geller and a few others did by blowing this whole thing up, put the whole family in the spotlight, thus exposing the as illegals, thus making the whole damned pack eligible for deportation, she lost big time here.
The only people with enough clout to save her now is CAIR, and I expect that this is what is going to happen.
The fact is she did not take her laptop and cell phone, and because of this I still do not rule out that the whole thing was an elaborate set up
Well this one CAIR gets the brownie points, and Geller and Spencer are left with egg on their faces
It would not surprise me if she converts back to islam some time in the future once the heat has died down

It seems to me the fact that she didn't take her laptop and cellphone is indicative that she is smart.
Triangulation could have been used to find her whereabouts at all times when she used her laptop and cellphone.
It would have been smarter for her to turn them off and keep them with her, turned off, perhaps.
If you want to "go off the grid", you need cash, no cell phone, no laptop, and no modern car (because they have tracking devices too).
