Go to google, find CIA fact book, check Gaza and West Bank, check death rate and life expectancy. Press the world position and it will take you to a page giving the relative ratings for every country in the world. Since the major and only industry in that region is the refugee business and producing more refugees, you will also note that their fertility rate is amongst the highest in the world.
Since the suckers in the West cannot do enough for them, their death rate is one of the lowest in the world.
