All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
I'm assuming that they are not counting those, but even if they were the death toll would still be way higher than the death toll from say Christian terrorist attacks.

I noticed that the one had an underline, so I went to Religion of Peace, and clicked on what turned out to be a link.
