Black Muslims and Islam - Muhammad was a Black Slave Owner and Trader

Abd - The word, "abd" means both "black person" and "slave" in Arabic.
From what I read, it was said that about 14 million black people were enslaved and taken to the Americas prior to the abolition of slavery, even to this day the number of black people in the western hemisphere is said to be over 140 million.
Contrast that with the arab slave trade, where it was said that about 18 million black people were enslaved and taken to the middle east / the rest of Asia, with slavery still being openly practiced today in some Islamic countries.
Today, Black People (or those of African descent) in the Middle East / Asia are said to number about 2.520.000 – 3.550.000 give or take out of the 18 million enslaved by the arabs and sent to Asia.
Makes you wonder where the rest of black people who were enslaved by the arabs disappeared to...
Among those remnant groups are the Black Iraqis / Iranians, Israeli Black Bedouin, Akhdam of Yemen (singular Khadem, apparently meaning "servant" in Arabic) and the Siddi of Pakistan / India who even today still face discrimination.
