Where is Paul Tibbetts when you need him?
I don't think he's threatening to attack France with a nuke. I think he's using it just as a "there will be so many shouts of AllahuAkbar as if we nuked you with AllahuAkbars" or something like that. Sort of dropping a "AllahuAkbar bomb!"
That's what I think.
