Pastorius,
Anyone who thinks that only blacks should educate blacks is a racist. Its also unreasonable to assume that just because there are not black people working at a particular construction site, that that construction company is racist, or has racist hiring practices. Not to mention the fact that the Tea Party, weather you agree with them or not, is not racist.
