The Dutch Section of Hizb ut-Tahrir displays Caliph President Barack HUSSEIN Obama on their posters for their meeting on 03 July 2011

From Will at The Other News:
(Hizb ut-Tahrir.Nl)They seem to have removed the pick by now but i downloaded the pic before they did remove it.
An explanation from the White house why the Presidents image was used for an Islamic meeting about creating a Caliphat, would be most welcome.Hmmm...."I will stand with my Muslim Brothers"?

  • Hizb ut-Tahrir (Arabic: حِزْبُ التَحْرِير‎ Ḥizb at-Taḥrīr; English: Party of Liberation) is an international pan-Islamic political organisation whose goal is for all Muslim countries to unify as an Islamic state or caliphate ruled by Islamic law and with a caliph head of state elected by Muslims.
The organization was founded in 1953 in Jerusalem by Taqiuddin al-Nabhani, an Islamic scholar and appeals court judge (Qadi) from the Palestinian village of Ijzim. Since then Hizb ut-Tahrir has spread to more than 40 countries, and by one estimate has about one million members. Hizb ut-Tahrir is very active in the west, particularly in the United Kingdom within Arab and Pakistani communities, and is also active in several Arab and Central Asian countries, despite being banned by some of the local governments.
Hizb ut-Tahrir believes a caliphate would provide stability and security to both Muslims and Non-Muslims in the predominantly Muslim regions of the world.
The party promotes a detailed program for institution of a caliphate that would establish Shariah and carry "the Da'wah of Islam" to the world.
It believes this political transformation would provide honest leadership, protecting and caring for its citizens, and fighting against the "colonial foreign policies" of the United States and other Western nations that have led to "U.S. interventions, energy inspired wars, puppet (Muslim) governments and western values forced by the barrel of a gun." Hizb ut-Tahrir is also strongly anti-Zionist and calls for Israel, which it calls an "illegal entity," to be dismantled. Source.

If that is correct then this is an anti-obama poster.
I think he is correct about that. I was thrown off by Assad and Gadaffi, whom I think of as real Islamic leaders. But, of course, the Muslim Brotherhood, the Mullahs, Hizballah, Hamas, and the Taliban would beg to differ.

Pastorius,

Obama ought to be ashamed of himself. It does not look good when anyone who is an enemy of America would praise you like this. Seriously, these people are our enemies, if he was doing his job, they would hate his guts. Maybe they do, and just think that Americans will be more likely to support them if they think Obama supports them or something, but Obama has done too many things to make these people like him anyway.

Anonymous,

That makes sense. Maybe we let our hatred of him get the better of us in this case. I still don't think he's a good president through.

I doubt an explanation will be issued by Obama, since in this case none is necessary. Obama is clearly shown here in the company of those the HUT despise and wish to bring down for blocking their ambitions which if anything should come as a mild relief.

Remember the Dirty Kuffar video? Bush was featured in that one, but the context was a more apparent.

Anonymous,

No I don't remember that video. But I can imagine.

Sorry, that didn't entirely convey my meaning. The relief should come from realizing the HUT are not very bright, like when Adam Gadahn gets all pissy about the UN, not what you may have thought I meant.

Maybe Obama is the future leader of a one world government which will include the Caliphate and infidel nations of the world minus Israel of course (and Costa Rica).

On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.

I respond: I think you're right.

I will add your comment to the body of the post.

Thank you.

Anonymous,

The feds should be monitoring Hizb Ut Tahrir. These people clearly are our enemies, even if we can't link any of them to a specific terrorist attack.
