All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

If you follow AB's source back to JammieWearingFool's blog, you'll read the update to the escalating threat:
"Meanwhile, a video claiming to be by the group “Anonymous” has surfaced on YouTube. “Anonymous” said it will shut down the New York Stock Exchange website Monday. ...On Oct. 10, NYSE will be erased from the internet. On Oct. 10, expect a day that will never, ever be forgot.”
As noted in the comments at JWF's blog, Monday is Columbus Day. Checking the calendar at the NYSE, the NYSE will NOT be closed for the Columbus Day extended weekend holiday.
Recall also, this "March on Wall Street" kicked off three weeks ago, on Constitution Day, Sept. 17th - a Saturday - a day Wall Street WAS closed, making the event look obviously foolish.
If this is carried out, it would mark a demarcation line from stupid protests by brain damaged dreamers who proudly announce that even though they are not working would never accept a job from a wall st firm - to acts of open revolt, and malicious damage.
People who do this have gone to jail for VERY LONG TIMES.
