You Will Hear No Shouts Of Anger Against Obama For Killing Awlaki (An American Citizen) From the Right*

Imagine if it were the other way around. Imagine if Bush had ordered the killing of Awlaki, and it had been carried through under his Administration.

* Ron Paul does not count as a member of the "Right" so much as he counts as a guy who, perhaps (I don't know that my opinion is valid on this point, and I'm not even sure this is my opinion ...) ought to be the target of the next Assassination by an American President.

---

Oh boy, listen to this interview, with Glenn Greenwald, who justifies Awlaki's encouragement of Muslims "to attack the United States", and is, apparently, cool with Awlaki's advice to would-be Jihadists that "Muslims ... have the duty to fight" (the United States):

Where would Glenn Greenwald have stood on Hitler during WWII?

I guess what it comes down to is people like Glenn Greenwald just do not accept the notion that we are in a war against Islamofascism.

And, perhaps, that is the fault of this Presidential Administration, and of the one previous.

Whether it be the President's fault that we are in this kind of "wink-wink" war, truth is, anyone with their fucking eyes open know that we are.

So, there is no excuse for the likes of Glenn Greenwald.

Gah! Greenwald is spouting such BS that it defies description.

WTF is wrong with these people?

Internally these idiots self identify because they cannot repress that since they HATE the idea of property (others', of course) they must hate the society in which property and freedom cannot be parted.

They cannot express this clearly for a lot of reasons.

But this is how it comes out externally.

If this society which espouses this ideal were gone, they FEEL INTERNALLY, the world would be a better place.

They participate in this society, so they are evil by their own definition.

You are talking logic about progressives?

It's about 'feelings'. It's why everyone is 'special' and our students have the highest self confidence levels on earth but can't compete.

They all feel property is evil (and profit means someone got euchred), and freedom is the ability to collect from others so you can do what you want and find yourself.

Yep.

I'm not American, but I'm not - oddly as it may seem - anti-American. On the contrary, I think that the future of the civilizations as we know it is in the hands of America (I gave up on Europe long time ago). But I fear that, with citizens like the ones on the video, there'll be no need of enemies to destroy thousands of years of culture.

An awful lot of our citizens get their history education from Howard Zinn.

Couldn't watch more than about three or four minutes of that bullshit.
It's dawned on me that if we get to a point where we have enough of these idiot fools in our society, we will no longer be able to maintain freedom.
He is the enemy of me, my children, and my country. He and those like him must be stopped at some point because it will eventually come down to us or them. It hasn't yet because those like him haven't yet achieved a tipping point of influence. If and when their influence appears to become mortal, there will be a struggle. As long as that struggle lasts, if it even occurs, our freedom will probably be replaced with civil war of the worst kind a la France in 1793/94.

I guess he believes we should be German speaking slave owners.
Look at all those American citizens Honest Abe had executed without a trial.

Feelings, nothing more than feelings. Good analysis, Epa.
